Hi friend!! I’m Brooke — a Holistic Women’s Health Coach, Somatic Practitioner, Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, and Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator. I’m also the host of the Stop Crying in the Shower podcast — a space for women who are ready to release stored emotional pain, find deep healing, and reclaim their energy and joy.

I blend my background in Functional Medicine with powerful somatic and breathwork practices to help women reconnect with their bodies, balance their hormones, and find emotional freedom — without guilt, overwhelm, or burnout.

This work changed my life, and it’s my mission to help other women experience that same sense of peace, power, and presence in their own bodies.

What Somatics Is (and Why It Matters)

Somatic work is truly an invitation to come HOME to yourself.

It’s about slowing down, tuning in, and reconnecting to the wisdom your body already holds. So many of us spend years pushing, performing, and surviving — until one day, we realize we’ve lost touch with our own inner rhythm.

Our bodies carry the imprints of everything we’ve been through — the stress, the striving, the heartbreaks we thought we “got over.” Somatic work helps us meet those parts with compassion so we can finally release what the body has been holding onto for so long.

Through gentle awareness, breath, and mindful movement, you’ll start to listen again — not to fix or force, but to understand. Over time, this builds an inner sense of safety and trust where calm becomes your new baseline and peace becomes your natural state.

Somatics isn’t about doing more — it’s about doing less. It’s learning to soften, surrender, and let your body lead you back to balance, energy, and wholeness.
